It has to be compliant and able to discharge. We found one that was neither.
Flashing position
Behind the cladding, not on its face. On the face it directs water inward.
Water stops
Beneath the shower screen, or water tracks out under it.
Roof penetrations
Flashed, not sealed over.
Then the finishes
Joints caulked, tiles intact, surfaces made good.
